We want your Belemar order to arrive safely and with clear expectations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes about 5–12 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery time may vary by destination, carrier conditions, customs review, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible at support@belemar.store. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges required by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
